A philosopher at heart, I relish delving into life’s big questions and unraveling its mysteries. I enjoy solving problems, thinking outside the box to meet them, questioning and dissecting our beliefs, reframing, and supporting others in finding their own truth and freedom in both their minds and bodies.

With a background in Sociology and training in Marriage and Family Therapy, along with my licenses in massage therapy, yoga therapy, and breathwork, I offer a holistic approach to wellness. My work integrates the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of healing, helping clients restore their nervous systems, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies.
I have a deep passion for helping women and mothers who feel overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck.
