Drawing from my background in Sociology, Marriage and Family Therapy, and hands-on experience in massage and yoga therapy, I offer a holistic approach that blends movement, breathwork, and somatic coaching.
I specialize in supporting women and mothers who feel overwhelmed or stuck, helping them restore their nervous systems and reconnect with their own sense of joy and purpose. A philosopher at heart, I relish delving into life’s big questions and unraveling its mysteries. I enjoy solving problems, thinking outside the box to meet them, questioning and dissecting our beliefs, reframing, and supporting others in finding their own truth and freedom in both their minds and bodies.

With a background in Sociology and training in Marriage and Family Therapy, along with my licenses in massage therapy, yoga therapy, and breathwork, I offer a holistic approach to wellness. My work integrates the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of healing, helping clients restore their nervous systems, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies.

Mama Dance: This joyful movement practice is designed for mothers looking to reconnect with their bodies in a nurturing and uplifting environment. Through free-form dance and movement, participants can express themselves, release pent-up emotions, and foster a sense of community. Mama Dance invites you to celebrate your journey as a mother while promoting physical and emotional well-being.
Mom's Healing Circles: These circles provide a safe and supportive space for mothers to share their experiences, challenges, and triumphs. Through guided discussions and healing practices, participants connect with one another, foster community, and create a sense of belonging. Mom's Healing Circles encourage self-expression, emotional support, and personal growth, empowering mothers to navigate their unique journeys with grace and resilience.
By integrating these modalities, I offer a holistic approach that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being, creating a personalized experience for each client.
