I have been practicing yoga since the age of 15, which has inspired my journey toward holistic health and wellness. I received my yoga teacher certification through Living Yoga in Austin, TX, where I deepened my understanding of yoga as a transformative practice. My passion for healing led me to Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I lived for three years and trained in Thai massage. During my time there, I participated in numerous courses and trainings focused on yoga therapy and holistic health practices. This diverse background allows me to integrate various techniques into my yoga therapy sessions, providing a personalized and comprehensive approach to wellness.
