A holistic space for mothers to restore, connect, and reflect.

Join us in an intimate group
(4 max) experience that blends:

Yoga & Movement Therapy
Reconnect with your body through gentle, mindful movement designed to release tension and promote balance. Each session is tailored to individual and group needs, allowing us to flow together in a way that supports deeper healing. Moving in community amplifies the experience, offering a space for shared connection and growth.

Breathwork
Harness the power of your breath to calm the mind and body. Through guided breathwork, you’ll learn techniques to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and cultivate emotional balance. Whether you need grounding or energizing, these practices will be tools you can use in everyday life.

Writing & Sharing
Explore the power of reflective writing to gain personal insight and clarity. Each session will include guided writing prompts designed to help you dig deeper into your emotions and experiences. Afterward, there will be space for optional sharing, allowing the group to support one another’s growth and discoveries.

An Organic Lunch
A nourishing, home-cooked, organic lunch will be provided during each session, included in the cost. This is a time to continue connecting, reflect over good food, and replenish both body and spirit.


Our groups is for mothers seeking healing, relaxation, and a deeper connection with themselves and others.

When
Every other week once each group begins. Sessions will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with lunch served at noon.

Where
In my studio on our property in Smithville (address provided after registration).

My work is all about guiding you back to your body’s innate wisdom, helping you quiet the mental noise, and creating space for healing. Drawing from my background in Sociology, Marriage and Family Therapy, and hands-on experience in massage and yoga therapy, I offer a holistic approach that blends movement, breathwork, and somatic coaching.

I specialize in supporting women and mothers who feel overwhelmed or stuck, helping them restore their nervous systems and reconnect with their own sense of joy and purpose.
