Session Details
In our sessions, we’ll engage in personalized practices that may include breathwork, movement, meditation, and mindfulness techniques. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and can be conducted in-person or online.

I received my training at the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Austin, TX, where I learned various massage techniques. Additionally, I studied Thai massage and the Taoist abdominal massage, commonly known as "Chi Nei Tsang," during my three years in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This diverse background empowers me to incorporate holistic practices that enhance both emotional and physical healing.
