Meet Bryn
I am an Integrative Somatic Coach, writer, poet and interpersonal specialist. Since the earliest whispers of memory, I've been captivated by the intricate tapestry of human existence—the myriad of emotions, the labyrinth of thoughts, and the dance through social landscapes. It's awe-inspiring, isn't it? The resilience, adaptability, and sheer strength woven into our very being. Despite life's challenges, I firmly believe in our innate capacity to transcend limitations and embrace our full potential.
My journey is one of exploration, both inward and outward. As a fervent seeker of truth and a philosopher at heart, I relish delving into life's big questions and unraveling its mysteries. Guided by a deep commitment to personal growth, I've traversed paths strewn with obstacles and traumas, emerging with a steadfast dedication to healing—both for myself and others.

When you step into this work, you'll find a down-to-earth approach to healing that’s all about meeting you where you are. We’ll talk through your goals and challenges, then decide whether somatic coaching, yoga therapy, massage, Ecstatic Dance, Mama Circles, or a combination of these is the best fit for you. Some sessions can happen in person or virtually, while others are designed for in-person connection. Every experience focuses on helping you reconnect with your body and emotions in a way that feels right for you. Healing is a journey, not a quick fix, and I’m here with you every step of the way, supporting you as you grow into greater self-compassion, ease, and freedom.
