Ecstatic Dance

A Meditation
Dance Party

Move. Breathe. Connect.

Ecstatic Dance is a vibrant, free-form meditation dance party designed for those looking to release, reconnect, and rejuvenate. This unique experience combines movement and mindfulness, allowing participants to explore self-expression and emotional release through dance in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Following the dance, we gather for a calming tea ceremony, centering ourselves with guided breathing and optional sharing, creating an opportunity for reflection and community connection. All are welcome, regardless of dance experience—come as you are, move as you feel, and leave feeling lighter and more aligned.

Come as you are. This is a judgment-free zone where you can show up however you feel that day.

Think of this as a dance meditation. It will start off slow and build and then come back down. The last 20 minutes will be devoted to sharing and connecting.

Hi, I’m Bryn!

I’m a somatic coach, massage therapist, and yoga therapist with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies and emotions. Through movement, meditation, and community, I create spaces for people to heal, feel, and restore their nervous systems. As a writer and poet, I also explore the deeper emotional experiences of motherhood, guiding others toward self-awareness and personal growth.

Things to Know

  • No expectations or need to "perform." Show up however you feel—whether that’s energetic, calm, or somewhere in between.

  • Leave all judgments (of yourself and others) at the door. This space is for everyone to move freely and authentically.

  • While connection is encouraged, respect each other's space during the dance. If someone seems to need solitude or is moving independently, honor that.

  • We encourage participants to avoid talking during the dance to allow everyone to immerse in the movement and music. Feel free to connect and share during the tea and centering time afterward.

  • There’s no right or wrong way to move. Follow the natural rhythm of your body—whether that’s slow, fast, big, or small.

  • After dancing, you’re welcome to share your thoughts or experiences, but it’s completely optional. Feel free to listen and hold space for others if you prefer not to speak.

  • Feel free to hydrate and rest if your body needs it during the dance. There’s no pressure to keep moving if you need a moment to breathe.
